We started SupportPal with the aim of providing a cost-effective, efficient and powerful support solution for our customers, but also leaving them in control of their own data. Our focus has always been on self-hosted software that could be kept on-premise. One key goal was to ensure that the software would be simple to use and set-up, no matter how many features were utilised.
Our core product originally launched in 2012, then known as ArcticDesk. Following several years of development and improvements, version 2 was released in 2016, when the company name became what it is today.
